Testimonial
I decided to write in my testimonial, about
the life of my maternal grandfather, called Asseme Ramadan, who died with 74 years, 2 years ago.
Asseme fought much of his life against câncer.
Your day was very busy, chemotherapy, tests, insulin and other complications. Nevertheless,
he loved to enjoy life. Unfortunately for us family, he continued drinking, but
for him, it made him happy, it was a way to forget his complications.
He was a very warlike people, he liked
music, party, even living with a disease so difficult. One of the most
difficult times was, when his doctor warned the family that Asseme would have a
few more months of life, but thank God he lived a few more years with his
family .
Asseme died on 22, September 2014. That day, I
was at school , was a difficult moment, but I received the support of my
friends, who were very important. I really miss my grandfather, but I'm sure he
is in a better place with God.

Curiosities about Frankstein
'FRANKENSTEIN' WAS WRITTEN BY A TEENAGER.
Mary Shelley’s teenage years were eventful,
to say the least. At age 16, she ran away with the poet Percy Bysshe Shelley.
Over the next two years, she gave birth to two children. In 1816, the couple
traveled to Switzerland and visited Lord Byron at Villa Diodati. While there,
18-year-old Mary started Frankenstein. It was published in 1818, when she was
20 years old.
'FRANKENSTEIN'
WAS CONSIDERED THE FIRST SCIENCE FICTION NOVEL.
In penning her
gothic novel, Shelley was writing the first major science fiction novel, as
well as inventing the concept of the “mad scientist” and helping establish what
would become horror fiction. The influence of the book in popular culture is so
huge that the term “Frankenstein” has entered common speech to mean something
unnatural and horrendous.
Mary went on to
write other science fiction, such as her 1826 short story Roger Dodsworth: The
Reanimated Englishman, about a man who has been frozen in ice, and her novel
The Last Man, about a survivor in a world destroyed by plague, from the same
year.

Book Review
“The
Lord of The Rings” is a well-known trilogy, written by J. R. R. Tolkien
(1892-1973) between the years 1937 to 1949. The history takes place for some
years after the book “Hobbit”, that is considered the introduction of “The
Lord of The Rings”.
The history, in general, takes place in a world called
Middle-Earth. The principal character is Frodo, a Hobbit from the Shire, inherits
the Ring from Bilbo Baggins, his cousin and guardian. “Neither hobbit is aware
of its origin and nature, but Gandalf the Grey, a wizard and old friend of
Bilbo, suspects the Ring's identity.”
Frodo, Gandalf and his friends go in search of adventure to
destroy the Ring. I read the book and, in my opinion the reading would be too
boring for some part of the youngs. Because the writing of Tolkien is very
detailed and so long.
